ABUJA (OHCSF’ Report)-The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita has called on Service Compact with all Nigerians (SERVICOM) to intensify its sensitization drive of all government agencies towards the provision of quality and effective service delivery to Nigerians.

Mrs. Oyo-Ita made this call while receiving a delegation from SERVICOM Directorate led by its Acting National Coordinator Mrs. Nnenna Akajemili in her office recently.

She further said that, SERVICOM is in line with the strategic plan in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation for the development of a new and result-oriented Civil Service.

She emphasized that, meeting with SERVICOM is a meeting of like minds towards stimulating and executing new policies to achieve the ultimate goal of effective service delivery.

Speaking earlier, the Acting National Coordinator of SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemili sought the collaboration of the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation towards coming up with reforms that will enhance service delivery to Nigerians.

She assured that, sensitizing the various organs of government towards giving quality service to the public is being intensified by the Directorate.
