The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, has expressed profound appreciation to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for the appointment of Mr. Alfred Agaba Abah as the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Civil Service Matters.
