Injustice reigns, a heavy chain
Binding voices, silencing pain
Protesters rise, demanding change
Arrested, detained, with bail to arrange
Ten million Naira, an exorbitant fee
For speaking truth, to break free
A system flawed, with corruption deep
Where justice falters, and hope does creep
But still they rise, with courage bold
Refusing silence, their stories unfold
Of bad governance, of rights denied
Their struggle continues, until justice resides
We see, we hear, we will not ignore
The cries for change, on Nigeria’s shore
For freedom, equality, and right
We stand with protesters, through day and night.
