FIC Report (Kano Satet) – The Kano State Police Command has swiftly responded to reports of re-emerging thuggery activities at Kofar Mata and Yakasai Quarters in Kano, which resulted in the death of two individuals. Commissioner of Police, CP Salman Dogo Garba, conducted an on-the-spot assessment visit to the affected areas to gather firsthand information and devise strategies to address the situation.
The primary goal of the Kano State Police Command is to ensure the safety and security of all residents in the state. The Command has reiterated its commitment to combating crime and maintaining peace in the state, and will deal decisively with anyone who disrupts the peace.
During the assessment visit, CP Salman Dogo Garba interacted with community members, local leaders, and Police Officers to gather crucial information and devise strategies to address the situation effectively. The Command will implement robust security measures in the affected areas to prevent further occurrence and restore peace and order.
The CP appreciated the support and cooperation of the good people of Kano State and urged everyone, especially residents of the affected areas, to remain vigilant, cooperate with the Police, and report any suspicious activities promptly to the nearest Police Station or through the Command’s emergency contact numbers.
