FIC Report (Katsina State) – President Bola Ahmed Tinubu arrived in Katsina State yesterday, kicking off his two-day working visit with a warm reception led by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.
The President immediately inspected a guard of honor before addressing troops of the Nigerian armed forces stationed in the region.
He also commissioned a multi-billion naira Katsina State Agricultural Mechanisation Center built by Governor Dikko Umar Radda’s administration at Dantaba along the Katsina-Kano road, and also commissioned the eastern bypass road.
A high-profile delegation joined Governor Radda to welcome the President, including Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, Kaduna state Governor Uba Sani, APC National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, former Katsina Governor Ibrahim Shema, former Katsina state Governor, Aminu Bello Masari, and Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Kyari.
Others are Katsina’s Deputy Governor Faruk Lawal Jobe, State Assembly Speaker Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahaya Daura, and Presidential Aide Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari among others.
