The attention of the Federal Government Staff Housing Loans Board (FGSHLB) has been drawn to a misleading document currently circulating on social media and other platforms. The document, which purports to be an official guideline on the Ministry of Finance Incorporated Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF) Repayment Table, falsely claims to be issued and signed by the management of FGSHLB.
The Board wishes to categorically state that the said document was not authorized or released by the FGSHLB. It is unauthorized, inaccurate, and should be disregarded.
FGSHLB remains committed to transparency, accountability, and the provision of affordable housing solutions for federal government employees. Any official documents or announcements from the Board will be released through our verified channels and will bear the authentic FGSHLB logo and signature.
We urge all public servants to stay informed and avoid the spread of misinformation.
