FIC Report (Kaduna State) – The Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani said following the approval of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for the commencement of the $200 million Mega Poultry Project in Kaduna State.
Governor Uba Sani received the Honourable Minister of Livestock Development, Alhaji Idi Mukhtar Maiha, for a high-level strategic engagement ahead of the project’s groundbreaking ceremony.
He mentioned that the engagement focused on aligning federal and state priorities to ensure the smooth delivery of one of Africa’s most ambitious poultry investments
Uba said the project is projected to generate over $450 million in annual revenue and create more than 350,000 direct and indirect jobs, while strengthening food security, empowering farmers, and accelerating agro-industrialisation.
