The Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) is considering STRANSFORM Limited’s ALIGNIS digital Performance Management System to strengthen institutional performance, accountability and results delivery in support of its public service reform mandate.
STRANSFORM Limited, a longstanding partner of the Bureau, presented ALIGNIS in Abuja on Monday. The company’s Managing Director, Dr. Offiong Anyanwu, demonstrated how the platform aligns the Bureau’s mandate and institutional strategy with performance planning, contracting, monitoring, appraisal and reporting.”
Representing the Director-General of BPSR, the Acting Head, Strategy, Innovation and Research Department, Mr. Felix Izenyi, said the Bureau remained committed to strengthening its performance systems and adopting innovative solutions to support the effective and sustainable implementation of its reform mandate.
Developed by STRANNOVATION, the technology arm of STRANSFORM Limited, ALIGNIS is an integrated Performance Management System designed to strengthen the entire cycle of institutional performance management and human resource planning within a unified framework.
The proposed adoption aligns with the Federal Government’s performance management reforms under the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021–2025 (FCSSIP25), particularly its focus on improving performance, professionalism and productivity across the Civil Service.
BPSR’s consideration of ALIGNIS underscores its commitment to modern, accountable and results-driven approaches to public service reform, while highlighting the potential of home-grown technology to strengthen institutional effectiveness and service delivery in Nigeria.
