STRANSFORM Honours BPSR DG for Driving Public Service Reforms

‎STRANSFORM Limited has honoured the Director-General of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR), Mr. Dasuki Ibrahim Arabi, in recognition of his contributions to public service reforms and efforts to strengthen institutional performance in Nigeria.
‎
‎The recognition took place in Abuja a few days ago, with the organisation commending the BPSR Director-General for his sustained commitment to reform initiatives aimed at improving public service delivery and promoting sustainable development.
‎
‎Speaking during the engagement, a representative of STRANSFORM congratulated the Director-General for his reform leadership, noting that the foundations being laid through his initiatives could help reforms take root and deliver lasting results across the country.
‎
‎The representative described the Director-General as a reform champion whose work goes beyond initiating changes to ensuring that reforms remain consistent with the broader objectives of the public service.
‎
‎The organisation expressed confidence that the reform foundations being established would contribute to sustainable development and strengthen the institutional capacity of the Nigerian public service.
‎
‎In a related development, BPSR is considering STRANSFORM Limited’s ALIGNIS digital Performance Management System as a potential tool for strengthening institutional performance, accountability and results delivery.
‎
‎STRANSFORM presented the platform in Abuja, where its Managing Director, Dr. Offiong Anyanwu, demonstrated how ALIGNIS integrates institutional mandates and strategic objectives with performance planning, contracting, monitoring, appraisal and reporting.
‎
‎Representing the BPSR Director-General, the Acting Head of the Strategy, Innovation and Research Department, Mr. Felix Izenyi, reaffirmed the Bureau’s commitment to strengthening performance management systems and exploring innovative solutions to support the effective implementation of public service reforms.
‎
‎Developed by STRANNOVATION, the technology arm of STRANSFORM Limited, ALIGNIS is an integrated performance management system designed to support institutional performance management and human resource planning within a unified framework.
‎
‎The proposed adoption aligns with the Federal Government’s public service reform agenda, including the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021–2025 (FCSSIP25), which emphasised improved performance, professionalism and productivity across the Civil Service.
‎
‎BPSR’s engagement with STRANSFORM reflects ongoing efforts to explore technology-driven approaches to institutional effectiveness, accountability and service delivery.
‎
‎The Bureau is mandated to drive public service reforms, promote efficiency and strengthen the capacity of government institutions to deliver improved services to citizens.
