FIC Report (Abia State) – The Commissioner of Police, Abia State Command, CP Danladi Isa, has received participants of Course 34 of the National Defence College (NDC), Abuja, who were on a Geo-Strategic Study Tour of Abia State.
The delegation, led by the Deputy Commandant and Director of Studies, Major General K. O. Ukandu, was warmly received at the Command Headquarters, Umuahia.
During the interactive session, discussions centered on critical areas including police duties, prevailing security challenges in the state, and the operational strategies employed by the Command to address them. These strategies encompass both overt and covert operations, collaboration with sister security agencies, and active engagement with members of the public to enhance safety and community trust.
The visit provided a valuable platform for mutual learning and knowledge exchange, equipping the Course 34 participants with deeper insights into policing strategies in Abia State while fostering stronger inter-agency cooperation in the pursuit of national security objectives.
