The Ag. Head of Service, Lady Joy Maduka, made the commendation when the Travailing Mothers for a new Abia, visited her, in her Office.
Lady Maduka, expressed joy that the appointments of Women in key positions in the State is an indication that the present Government led by Governor Otti is set to partner Women in the scheme of things.
Ag. Head of Service, maintained that the role of Women in nation building can never be underestimated, asserting that when you train a Woman you must have trained a nation and appreciated God for the inception of Governor Otti’s administration.
Earlier, the Coordinator, Travailing Mothers for a new Abia, Pastor Mrs. Chinyere Ekeleme, said they were on the visit to thank Governor Otti for appointing Lady Joy Maduka as Acting Head of Service as well as congratulated her for the elevation.
Highlight of the visit were prayers for the Governor, the Ag. Head of Service and all in positions of authority as well as the State and Nation at large.
