FIC Report (Benue State) – The Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, has officially unveiled the new Benue State Logo, also known as the State Seal, in a historic event that marks a renewed commitment to unity, identity, and progress for the people of the state.
The unveiling ceremony took place today, Saturday, February 8, 2025, during the grand finale and presentation of the Benue State symbols at the Nnam Hall Complex and Hotel, Old GRA, Makurdi. The event was attended by distinguished stakeholders, top government officials, traditional rulers, and members of the public, all gathered to witness this momentous occasion.
The newly designed logo embodies the rich cultural heritage of Benue State while reflecting its aspirations for a future of peace, prosperity, and inclusivity. It serves as a unifying symbol that resonates with the values and vision of the government and people of Benue.
In his keynote address, Governor Alia expressed his deep pride in the new emblem, highlighting its significance as a representation of the collective hopes and ambitions of the people.
