The Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) and the Equipment Leasing Regulatory Agency (ELRA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to drive positive change in Nigeria’s economy.

The partnership aims to establish a strong bond between the two agencies, fostering reforms and policies that promote national development.

BPP Director-General, Dr. Adebowale A. Adedokun, FCIPS, ACFE, emphasized that the MOU is a commitment to delivering on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope Agenda”.

He stressed that the partnership would enhance stakeholder engagement and drive reforms in regulatory functions, ultimately benefiting Nigerians and international investors.

The collaboration is expected to have a significant impact on the nation’s economy, particularly in areas such as procurement procedures and equipment leasing.

By working together, BPP and ELRA aim to eliminate wastages and ensure efficient use of resources.

The Registrar/CEO of ELRA, Mr. Donald Wokoma, expressed appreciation for the opportunity to deepen collaboration with BPP.
