The DG said that, it is a compulsory training for every staff of the Bureau to undergo, which marks a significant mile stone towards strengthening procurement ecosystem. It is a privilege and rare opportunity given to procurement officers of the Bureau to enhance their knowledge on public procurement processes, irrespective of their areas of qualifications, to become procurement professionals and more recognized in discharging its regulatory and compliance roles.

Dr. Adebowale made it known that, procurement has gone globally, hence the Revised Standard Bidding document should be well studied, as he urged the trainees to take advantage of the opportunity to learn from the Resource Person who is highly experienced and knowledgeable on public procurement, in order to blend to the changing trend in procurement system, become best and global expert in public procurement.
