‎BPSR DG, Mr. Dasuki Arabi, Receives Fellowship Award from Accredited Management Trainers’ Association

‎The Director General of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR), Mr. Dasuki Ibrahim Arabi, has been conferred with a Fellowship of the Association of Accredited Management Trainers in Nigeria (AAMTN), in recognition of his outstanding contributions to public sector reform and human capacity development in Nigeria.

‎Mr. Arabi received the honorary fellowship at the Association’s first Membership Induction and General Meeting held on Wednesday, 23rd July 2025, at Kapital Klub & Apartments, Asokoro, Abuja.

‎Delivering his acceptance speech at the ceremony, Mr. Arabi expressed deep appreciation to the leadership and members of AAMTN for the recognition. He congratulated all newly inducted members and encouraged them to remain committed to professionalism, ethics, and lifelong learning in their training engagements.

‎“As management trainers, your roles are strategic to the growth and transformation of both the public and private sectors. Training and human capacity development are the very engines of reform, innovation, and sustainable service delivery,” he stated.

‎The DG emphasized that effective reform in the public service must be driven by strong institutional capacity and skilled personnel. He noted that BPSR’s ongoing reform strategies focus on enhancing competencies and deploying digital tools to boost productivity and improve service orientation across government agencies.

‎Mr. Arabi commended AAMTN for setting standards in management training and aligning its work with the broader national development agenda. He described the Association’s role as vital to achieving the Renewed Hope Agenda of the present administration through credible and structured capacity development.

‎“To my fellow awardees, distinguished public servants and nation builders, this Fellowship is more than a recognition; it is a call to remain examples in service, mentoring, and leadership,” he remarked.

‎He dedicated the award to the dedicated staff of BPSR and reform advocates nationwide who continue to work diligently to strengthen Nigeria’s public institutions.

‎Registered in 2020 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and recognized by the Nigerian Council for Management Development (NCMD), the Association of Accredited Management Trainers in Nigeria (AAMTN) serves as a professional hub for certified trainers and consultants, offering expert support to government institutions and the private sector.

‎The induction ceremony marked a historic moment for the Association as it officially welcomed its first cohort of members and honoured individuals who have demonstrated exemplary service in leadership, public administration, and training excellence.
