FIC Report (Abia State) – The Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has charged Christians to cultivate the habit of thanksgiving onto God in other to attract more blessings from him.
Gov. Ikpeazu who gave the charge at the St. Joseph Catholic Parish, Market Road Aba during the 2022 Harvest Thanksgiving Bazaar of the church noted that Thanksgiving is the key to unlock and access multiple blessings from God.
The Governor represented by his Chief of Staff, Chief Okey Ahiwe while attributing the successes recorded by his administration to the prayers and support of the church also enjoined them not to relent in interceding for the sustained peace and security of the state especially now that the elections are by the corner.
The State Chief Executive further disclosed that his administration will continue to prioritize infrastructural developments across the state especially in Aba the commercial nerve centre of the state.
The Governor also attended the Thanksgiving Bazaar of Christ the King Cathedral Aba while the Chairman of Aba South LGA, Mr Clinton Ebere, the Member representing Aba Central State Constituency, Chief Abraham Oba, Commissioner for Youth Development, Chief Charles Eseonu among other Top Government Officials accompanied the Governor’s Representative to the events.
