Director-General of the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), Dr. Adebowale A. Adedokun, FCIPS, ACFE, has received an Honorary Doctorate award and certification from the Emergency, Crisis & Disaster Risk Management Institute (HDFECRMI) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to transparency and accountability in the public procurement sector.
