The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Innovation Science and Technology, Mrs. Esuabana Nko Asanye has called on Civil Servants to embrace digitization in line with Federal Civil Service strategy and implementation Plan (FCSSIP 2021-2025) which is structured and aimed at evolving a crop of skilled, motivated disciplined, Innovative and merit-oriented Civil Servants.
She said this when the delegation from the Xerox Smart Technology Products and Professional Services, led by the District General Manager, Mr. Tijani Okolo and his team paid her a courtesy visit today, in Abuja.
According to Esuabana, Civil Servants are supposed to have left analogue and embrace digitalization for effective and efficient service delivery.
In her passion to develop the staff of the Ministry on digitalization, she pledged to partner with Xerox Technology Ltd in capacity building to actualize FCSSIP 2021-2025 Pillar 4 as the Lead Head in Innovation.
Earlier the District General Manager of the Xerox Technology Ltd Mr. Tijani Okolo said that the company is ready to partner with the Ministry in the area of digital transformation solution, for effective service delivery.
It may be recalled that Xerox Smart Technology Limited came to Nigeria in 1974 as Ranxerox now Xerox Technology Limited. It offers technology products and professional services.
