Fed Min. of Water Resources & Sanitation Donates Solar-panel Boreholes To FMC, Jalingo

FIC Report (Taraba State) – In a remarkable stride towards improving access to clean and safe water, the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation has donated two additional solar-powered boreholes at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Jalingo. This generous intervention, following last year’s borehole donation, brings the total number of solar-powered boreholes at the hospital to three(3), significantly enhancing water supply for patients, staff, and the general hospital environment.

Speaking on the development, the Medical Director, Dr. Aisha Shehu Adamu, expressed profound gratitude to the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation for their continued support in ensuring a sustainable water supply within the hospital. She assured that the boreholes will be put to optimal use, benefiting both patients and healthcare providers.
