
The Federal Ministry of Art Culture Tourism and Creative Economy (FMACTCE) has conducted a one day practical Session on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) implementation for Directors and Heads of Departments of the Ministry.
In his welcome remarks, the Deputy Director ICT Mr Mohammed Koro, expressed appreciation to the participants for their commitment and urged them to pay keen attention in order to maximize the benefits of the training.
Declaring the session open, the Permanent Secretary, FMACTCE, Dr Mukhtar Yawale Muhammad, who was represented by Mr Chindaya Ahmadu called on Management and Staff to fully embrace the new innovation, noting that ECM has become an integral part of modern public service operations. He emphasized that a paperless Civil Service aligned with Nigeria’s digital economy agenda would soon become the norm.
A presentation on Enterprise Content Management and the six pillars of the FCSSIP 25 Strategy was delivered by the Chairman and Consultant of Beesoft Ltd Mr Sadiq Muhammad, while the hands-on practical Session was facilitated by the Deputy Chairman and Consultant of Beesoft Ltd Mr Auwal Muhammad.
Participants expressed satisfaction with the training and commended the Permanent Secretary for his foresight, encouragement and commitment to innovative reforms within the Ministry.
