FIC Report (Nasarawa State) – Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state has reaffirmed administration’s Commitment to continue to provide adequate support to families of the fallen heroes in the state.
The Governor stated this during the year 2026 Armed forces remembrances day celebration and wreath laying ceremony in honor of the X-serving men and fallen heroes at the Government house Lafia.
Governor Abdullahi Sule who saluted the courage, resilience and sacrifice of the fallen heroes who paid the supreme price to protect the Nation’s territorial integrity said that, the contributions of the ex service men will not go in vain.
The Governor however, noted that his administration had continue to support the ex service men to enable them Carter for themselves and their family members hence the donation of fifty million Naira.
On his part, Chairman Nigerian legions Nasarawa state chapter Yusuf Abdullahi commended the relentless effort of Governor Abdullahi Sule for the numerous support to the Nigerian legion appealing for more.



He called on government and well meaning citizens of the country to always see the need of supporting families of the fallen heroes who have fought for the survival of the sovereignty of the nation, equally assured of it’s members readiness to still render more services where necessary to the state.
Also speaking to newsmen at the event, a representative of the widows of the fallen heroes Aishatu Hanza Tasi’u said they are confronted with several live challenges calling for urgent attention from organizations and spirited individuals to enable them Carter for their family members.
