FIC Report (Kano State) – Kano State’s Honourable Commissioner of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Hajiya Amina Abdullahi Sani, has received two prestigious awards from Nigerian Women Progressive Alliance (NIWOPA) and Alherin Dadin Kowa Foundation. These awards recognize her tireless efforts in supporting vulnerable and less privileged individuals.
According to Halima Sani Gadanya, Director of Public Enlightenment at Kano State Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Hajiya Amina Abdullahi Sani’s dedication to serving the people of Kano State has been exemplary. Her commitment to empowering vulnerable communities across the state has earned her recognition from reputable organizations.
The awards acknowledge Hajiya Amina Abdullahi Sani’s leadership and contributions to humanitarian affairs and poverty alleviation in Kano State. Her efforts have positively impacted the lives of many, particularly women, children, and the less privileged. NIWOPA’s award was presented to Permanent Secretary Hajiya Amina Yusuf Yargaya on behalf of the Honourable Commissioner.
Alherin Dadin Kowa Foundation also recognized Hajiya Amina Abdullahi Sani’s commitment to empowering vulnerable communities. The foundation expressed its commitment to collaborating with the Ministry to support orphans, widows, and the less privileged. This partnership aims to enhance the well-being of vulnerable populations in Kano State.
Hajiya Amina Abdullahi Sani thanked both foundations for the recognition and pledged to continue working towards fulfilling the present Administration’s promise to empower vulnerable communities across Kano State’s 44 Local Governments. Her dedication and leadership have made a significant difference in the lives of many, and these awards serve as a testament to her tireless efforts.
