FIC Report (Lagos State) – Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has welcomed the newly appointed Director-General of the Nigerian Law School, Mrs. Olugbemisola Odusote, to Lagos House, Marina. Mrs. Odusote makes history as the first female DG to lead the prestigious institution.
“Today, we celebrate a significant moment for legal education in Nigeria,” Governor Sanwo-Olu said, congratulating Mrs. Odusote on her appointment. “This milestone reminds us of the progress we’ve made in opening doors and expanding leadership opportunities.”
The Governor expressed confidence in Mrs. Odusote’s leadership, wishing her success in her new role. “Lagos will continue to support progress wherever it shows up, especially when it strengthens our institutions and inspires the next generation,” he said
Mrs. Odusote’s appointment marks a new chapter for the Nigerian Law School, and her leadership is expected to shape the future of legal education in the country.
