According to him, by this development, there would be  creation of new ministries to fast track governance in the state.
To the four new Special Advisers, he said they may be new members of the State Executive council but not new to the APC administration, adding that, their appointments is like putting a square peg in a square hole.
He therefore charged them to put the people first in all their conduct in office, stressing that their attitude would make or mar, their offices.
He also requested the appointees to limit celebrations because of the insecurity situation, although, relative peace had been restored through the signing of the peace deal with leaders of suspected armed bandits.
