…………Niger State Government indicates interest to partner with Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Canada to bring Cancer Care to Nigerlites.
FIC Report (Niger State) – Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago reveals this when he visited the Hospital located in Toronto where he met with the top management team of the Hospital which is adjudged to be the largest comprehensive Cancer Center in Canada.
Farmer Umaru Bago says his administration is willing to explore areas of partnership with the renowned Hospital in the areas of cancer care, describing it as an avenue for further collaboration between the Hospital and Niger State Government in improving healthcare service delivery.
The Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Canada is also part of the University Health Network (UHN), and renowned for its innovative work in cancer research, treatment, and education even as the potential partnership with Niger State is seen as an opportunity of finding new ways to the prevention, treatment and cure of Cancer.
