The Nigerian Technical Aid Corps (NTAC) has commenced a one-week capacity building training for staff of the Admin, ICT and Information Units, alongside other relevant departments of the Agency.
The training programme is aimed at enhancing the technical skills, efficiency, and overall performance of staff in line with modern information management and communication practices. It will also expose participants to updated tools and strategies necessary for effective information dissemination and digital engagement.
Speaking on the initiative, the Management of the Agency reiterated its commitment to continuous staff development and institutional strengthening.
The training is expected to equip participants with practical knowledge that will further improve coordination, content management, and the effective use of digital platforms in promoting the activities and mandate of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps.
The programme forms part of NTAC’s ongoing efforts to build a more responsive and technologically driven workforce capable of supporting the Agency’s operations and delivering on its mandate both locally and internationally.
