NTAC DG, Buba Yakub, Congratulates Muslims On Eid-El-Fitr Celebration

……….Says Occasion Presents Opportunity to Renew Love, Strengthen National Unity.

The Director-General of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps (NTAC), Rt. Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub, has described the Eid-el-Fitr celebration as a valuable opportunity for Nigerians to renew love and strengthen the bonds of unity among themselves.

In a message marking the end of the 30-day Ramadan fast and celebrating this year’s Eid-el-Fitr, made available to his media office in Abuja on Thursday, the former federal lawmaker noted that Nigerians, through various acts of piety and commitment during the holy month, have demonstrated a firm belief in their shared identity as one people bound by a common destiny.

While thanking Allah (SWT) for the successful completion of the Ramadan fast and the spiritual devotion that characterised the period, Buba urged the Muslim faithful to sustain the virtues imbibed during Ramadan. He encouraged them to uphold the spiritual essence of the exercise in their daily lives, for the betterment of humanity and a closer relationship with Allah, the Creator.

The NTAC boss also reiterated his call on citizens to embrace the spirit of sharing, especially during the festive season. He emphasised that extending kindness and support to neighbours and the less privileged remains a true reflection of national cohesion and love for one another.

Furthermore, he called on Nigerians to continue to pray for peace, unity, and stability in the country and across the globe. He stressed that peaceful coexistence remains the bedrock of sustainable development and urged citizens to shun all actions capable of undermining the peace currently enjoyed in the nation.

The Director-General concluded with prayers that Allah accepts the supplications, devotion, and sacrifices of the faithful, and blesses them with good health, strength, and prosperity.

Eid Mubarak!
