The Uganda-bound Volunteers of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps have this Thursday morning successfully arrived in Kampala, Uganda and as expected, were received by officials of the Nigerian High Commission in the country.
Later in the day, they will proceed to meet with other stakeholders of the TAC Scheme in that country, including the Acting High Commissioner of Nigeria, officials of the Ugandan Government and those of the institutions where they are expected to serve.
The Director-General of NTAC, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub, had before their departure, expressed his confidence in the volunteers’ ability to make a positive impact in Uganda and represent Nigeria with excellence.
