The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation has announced that seven candidates have been shortlisted for the oral interview stage in the ongoing selection process for appointing Permanent Secretaries in the Federal Civil Service after satisfying the required marks to advance to the third and concluding stage of the exercise.
This progression underscores the government’s dedication to a transparent and merit-based selection process, ensuring that only the most qualified individuals ascend to these pivotal leadership roles. The shortlisted candidates have successfully navigated previous stages, including a comprehensive written examination and an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) proficiency test, which evaluated their knowledge, skills, and readiness to lead at the highest levels of public service.
