KADUNA (FIC Kaduna) – World Bank Funded Project, “APPEALS” has given much succor to the less privileged women, youths and people living with disabilities (PLWDS) in Kaduna State.
Dr. Yahaya Aminu Abdullahi, leader of APPEALS in Kaduna State who also doubles as the State Project Coordinator (SPC), commended government’s effort for their interest, support and commitment displayed in releasing funds to immediately commence the project in earnest.
He added that the collection of letters of expression of interest from thousands of interested women, youths and PLWDs has been completed and other procedures that include literacy, screening, interviews and written test after training are in view as only best qualifying participants would be considered for the funding.
He further reiterated his team’s determination to do justice to all in the selection process while applauding them for a successful exercise.
