FIC Report (Gombe State) – Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, on Sunday attended a special prayer session held in honour of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the National Mosque Abuja, as part of activities marking the President’s 74th birthday.
The prayer session drew the personal participation of the celebrant, President Tinubu, alongside Vice President Kashim Shettima, Governors, members of the National Assembly and other top government functionaries.
The prayers were led by renowned Islamic scholars, Prof. Ibrahim Makari and Prof. Muhammad Kabir, alongside other Ulamas, who offered fervent supplications for the President.
They prayed for divine guidance, renewed strength and wisdom for President Tinubu to sustain his reform-driven leadership and deliver on his administration’s agenda.
Special prayers were also offered for enduring peace, unity and sustainable development in Nigeria.
It would be recalled that Governor Inuwa Yahaya, who is also the Chairman of the Northern States Governors’ Forum, had earlier, on behalf of his colleagues, felicitated with President Tinubu on the occasion of his birthday.
In the message, he commended the President’s vision, courage and uncommon commitment to the unity and development of Nigeria, while expressing strong support for the Renewed Hope Agenda and the bold reforms being implemented to reposition the country for long-term growth and prosperity.
