The Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, has commiserated with the President and Commander- in – Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammadu Buhari, GCON, the Military and Families of the victims of the military plane crash that occurred in Kaduna State, which claimed the lives of the Chief of Army Staff, lieutenant General Ibrahim Attahiru and ten other Officers.
The Minister in a statement issued by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Bashir Nura Alkali, mourns the victims and prayed for the souls of the departed.
“I received with shock the news of the air crash which is coming just few months after the last military plane crash in the country. It is sad and quiet devastating. I pray that such will never happen again” the Minister said.
