The National Coordinator/ CEO SERVICOM Presidency, Mrs Nnenna Akajemeli, has called on more Stakeholders engagements across Ministries Departments and Agencies of Government.

In her keynote address, Mrs Nnenna Akajemeli, said that, Stakeholders engagements is an integral part of improving public service delivery initiatives in MDAs.

She stated that the Stakeholders engagements should not be a one off thing, but must be taken seriously and held periodically for more customers and citizens engagements.

Accordingly to her, there must be connectedness between the Stakeholders who are service providers by the quality of services rendered to the Nigerian citizens who are the service takers.

She further explained that the Service providers must be able to identify, analyse, plan and implement actions plans designed to engage with Stakeholders to change the narrative in our services rendered in our various MDA’s through this forum.

Part of what can change the narrative, she said, is to maintain good working relationships with your Stakeholders.

Accordingly, all Stakeholders must be engaged more effectively through transparency, networking and team work.

Team work She said, will build cohesion, unity and trust among team members thereby establishing high standards of service delivery across government establishments.

“We must work as a team so that the service takers would experience delightsome service delivery initiatives that will culminate into maximum impacts and customers satisfaction in all our Service Windows. “She added.

She further stated that, we must look at the strategy to communicate with Stakeholders to share experiences and interactions that can bring to bear positive organizational change as well as the culture of excellence in the Public Sector.

The Set objective of Stakeholders this Forum she explained, is to put them in the right drive to take on the implementation process that aligns with the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr President.
