FIC Report (Kaduna State) – Her Excellency, Hajiya Hafsat Uba Sani , the First Lady of Kaduna State and State Coordinator of RHI, attended the Mid-Term Assessment and Interactive Session of the RHI National Scholarship Programme, held at the State House, Abuja.
The session was hosted by the First Lady of Nigeria and National Chairman of RHI, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON. It was also graced by the Wife of the Vice President, Hajiya Nana Shettima, the Honourable Minister of Education Dr. Morufu Olatunji, the Director General/ CEO of NITDA Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, alongside wives of top government officials and other distinguished dignitaries.
At the event, forty-seven (47) beneficiaries of the National Scholarship Programme each received a brand new laptop and the third tranche of their scholarship funds, amounting to ₦1,000,000 (One Million Naira). Usman Bello was among the 47 Beneficiaries and he held from Kaduna State.
The event further provided a platform to assess the progress of the scholarship initiative and foster interactive engagement between the scholars and the First Lady of Nigeria.
The First Lady of Kaduna State, Her Excellency Hajiya Hafsat Uba Sani, commended Her Excellency Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, and the RHI initiatives for their unwavering commitment to advancing education and empowering the next generation of leaders.
