FIC Report (Kaduna State) – The Honourable Minister of State for Works, Rt. Hon. Bello Muhammad Goronyo, Esq., has reaffirmed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to delivering durable road infrastructure that will stand the test of time.
Speaking during a joint follow-up inspection of the Abuja–Kaduna–Zaria–Kano Expressway (Section I: Abuja–Kaduna) alongside the Honourable Minister of Works, Engr. David Umahi, CON, FNSE, FNATE, and other stakeholders, Rt. Hon. Goronyo commended the President’s visionary leadership under the Renewed Hope Agenda, which is ensuring that Nigerian roads are built to last between 50 and 100 years.
He lauded Engr. Umahi’s hands-on supervision, innovative engineering approach, and mentorship of young engineers, noting that such dedication is transforming the Ministry into a hub of excellence and accountability.
He added that this administration is setting a new standard for quality and durability in road construction. We are building for the future — for generations to come.
The Honourable Minister of State emphasised that the Ministry’s ongoing reforms are focused on modern construction techniques, the use of durable materials, and strict quality control to ensure sustainability across all federal highways.
He further noted that the Tinubu administration remains resolute in its mission to improve connectivity, boost the economy, and deliver projects that truly impact the lives of Nigerians.
