FIC Report (Edo State) – The Chief Medical Director of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), Professor Idia Ize-Iyamu, embarked on a collaborative visit to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Exploration and Production division on Tuesday June 9th, 2026 in Benin City, Edo State. The purpose of this engagement was to explore avenues for strategic partnership aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery within the region.

During the visit, Prof. Ize-Iyamu underscored UBTH’s reputation as a premier healthcare institution known for providing prompt, specialized, and patient-focused services.
