The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume (CON) has felicitated with his predecessor, Boss Mustapha (CFR) on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
In a congratulatory message, Senator Akume described Mustapha as a distinguished statesman, a patriot, and a man of immense wisdom whose tenure as Secretary to the Government of the Federation from 2017 to 2023 was marked by dedication, stability, and selfless service to the nation.
“On behalf of my family, the staff and management of the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, I join millions of Nigerians in celebrating a great leader and mentor. Boss Mustapha served our country with distinction during very challenging times, and his calm disposition, administrative competence, and commitment to national unity remain worthy of emulation,” the SGF stated.
Senator Akume noted that the former SGF’s legacy of service continues to inspire current and future public servants, and that his contributions to governance and nation-building will always be remembered.
The SGF prayed that Almighty God will grant Boss Mustapha many more years of good health, sound mind, joy, and continued fulfillment as he continues to serve humanity.
