The National Coordinator and Chief Executive Officer AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria, Hon Jabiru Salisu Abdullahi has been elected as a Member of African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) Steering Committee to represent the West African Region.
The Election took place during the West African Regional Consultation meeting held virtually on Tuesday 8th September, 2026.
Following the election of Hon. Abdullahi to the APRM Steering Committee he will join other members to carry out executive and operational functions on behalf of the APRM Focal Point Committee.
The APRM Steering Committee acts as an executive body for APRM. It consist of Eight Members in total, including three Focal Points from the Trioka and five elected Focal Points representing each of the five geographic regions of the African Union.
