The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Amb. Gabriel Tanimu Aduda on Tuesday, 29th March, 2023 held a Town Hall with staff of the Ministry.
In his opening remarks at the meeting which was held at the amphitheater, NNPC Towers, Abuja, Aduda enjoined the staff to be open-minded and speak their minds as the meeting was designed to be interactive.
He further informed that their would be a sensitization on the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan, 2021 – 2025 (FCSSIP25).
In an earlier remark, the Director, Human Resources Management, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Asma’u Shehu Adaji stated that the meeting was organized with a view to familiarizing the Permanent Secretary with the Staff and also discuss issues that affected the Ministry.
Mrs. Adaji who was represented by the Deputy-Director, Staff Welfare and Training, Mr. Goodluck Onyivwi, noted that the ability to fully understand the objectives of the Ministry and to clearly communicate the present administration’s development goals for the oil and gas industry was quite key to the successful implementation of the Ministry’s statutory mandate.
She reiterated that the meeting would also incorporate a sensitization Workshop on FCSSIP25 with particular emphasis on the Performance Management System (PMS).
