ANSG increases NYSC allowance

Anambra State Head of Service, Bar. Harry Uduh, has recently disclosed that Anambra State Government has increased the allowances for members of the National Youth Service Corps serving in the State.
 
He made this known when members of the Batch C stream2 of the National Youth Service Corps visited him in his office at the Jerome Udorji secretarial complex Awka.
 
According to Barr. Uduh, the increase will be implemented from the next batch of corps members who may be posted to such areas, saying that it is aimed at motivating corps members posted to interior areas of the State.
 
The Head of Service, who maintained that security of life and property will remain a top priority of the present administration in the State, thanked the corps members for appreciating the efforts of Anambra State through the presentation of award to him which he in turn dedicated to Governor Willie Obiano and members of the State Executive Council.
 
In her remark, the Director of Training, Office of the Head of Service, Mrs. Nwando Obiano charged the Corps members to remain focused.
 
Earlier the spokesperson of the group, Mr. Augustine Nomigo thanked the Anambra State government for providing them with a conducive environment to serve.
