Activities continues on day 3 of the ongoing Technical Session at the 5th National Council on Hydrocarbons holding in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State with the submission and deliberation on Memorandums.
The Technical Session which is being presided over by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Mr. Bitrus Bako Nabasu, mni, witnessed receipt of multiple Memorandums from State Governments and MDAs from both Federal and State Governments.
After robust deliberations on the Memorandums, Council, depending on the validity of the Prayers of the Memorandums, may adopt them, and subsequently, they are enshrined in the Communique.
The 5th National Council on Hydrocarbons holds between 23rd and 26th November, 2020.
