Please Note: The inventory is being managed by the Department of International Cultural Relations. It was drawn up by the National Committee on Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage and the updating process is currently being carried out by the Department based on the outcome of the UNESCO – Japanese Fund – In – Trust funded Pilot Project titled: Support to the Effective Implementation of the Convention on the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Nigeria and other community based inventory activities concluded recently.
