In furtherance of the noble objective of this year’s civil service week; the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Civil Service Commission, Dr. Mary Ogbe has charged the staff of the Commission to imbibe the virtues of loyalty, hardwork and innovativeness that would elevate its working place to an enviable status.

Dr. Ogbe gave the charge during the in-house commemoration of the Year 2022 Nigeria Civil Service Week, held recently in the AAPSCOM hall/building of the Commission. The theme for the 2022 Civil Service Day is ‘’Performance Management System(PMS):Impact on Productivity’.’ It is a Service-wide commemoration being anchored by the Office of The Head of The Civil Service Of The Federation.

The Permanent Secretary, represented by the Director, Human Resource & Management Dept. Mr. Kashim Ojirobe; implored the staff to adopt a positive attitude to work both individually and collectively, as this is the only way to change the outlook of the Commission to the general public, and particularly to civil servants as well.

Furthermore, the Permanent Secretary explained that the working place can only be better and enviable if the staff embraced commitment to hardwork, dedication and loyalty that would enhance productivity and efficient service delivery.CIVIL SERVICE WEEK: PERM SEC CHARGES COMMISSION STAFF TO BE LOYAL AND INNOVATIVE
