Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has presented a brand new Hilux Vehicle to the Department of Security Services (DSS), Abia State Command.
Presenting the vehicle in Government House, Umuahia, the Governor, represented by his Chief of Staff, Dr. Anthony Agbazuere said the vehicle was given to the men of the Security outfit in appreciation of their hardwork. He added that it is to further encourage the efforts of the DSS in the State.
He informed that the State government donated the vehicle to further strengthen their efforts and to let them know that it is not only conscious and aware of the efforts of the outfit but appreciates it greatly.
Governor Ikpeazu urged the DSS in the State to put the vehicle in good use and intensify its efforts in the State, prayed God to perfect the efforts of the security men with success as they make good use of the vehicle.
Responding, the State Director, Department of Security Services (DSS), Hussani Abdullahi thanked the Governor for donating the vehicle to them.
He described the gesture as good and timely, assuring that it would ginger them to do more while pledging that they would put the vehicle in good use.
