FIC Report (Kaduna State) – The Kaduna state Governor Senator Uba Sani received the audience of Ambassador to United States of America (USA) to Nigeria, H.E. Mr. Richard M. Mills Jr, at the Council Chamber of the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna.
Sani explained that our discussions centered on strengthening partnerships between the U.S Government and the Kaduna State Government in the areas of capacity building, intelligence sharing as well as investments in critical sectors like Health, Mining, Education, and Agriculture
In his remarks, the Ambassador commended the administration for its inclusive and innovative approach to peace building, and revitalization of the education and health sectors.
He also appreciate healthcare system, is a great model which should be replicated by other states.
Ambassador also praising the administration for attracting investments to Kaduna State through the emplacement of robust policy frameworks, provision of very attractive incentives, and demonstration of strong political will.
He disclosed that top American businesses are willing to invest in state.
Also Governor Uba Sani assured the Ambassador and his team their commitment to strengthening the existing partnership with the U.S Government, creating a conducive environment for both existing and potential businesses to thrive, and fashioning creative and innovative programmes and projects to improve the living conditions of our people.
