In view of the diversification agenda of the Federal Government and the drive to boost Made in Nigeria products, there is need to give opportunity to some small scale manufacturers to showcase their products. This is perhaps what informs the modest exhibition of the products of some small scale manufacturers exhibiting their products at the ongoing 9th National Council of Industry, Trade and Investment at Gingiya Coral Hotel, Sokoto, Sokoto State.
The pavilions at the exhibition centres displayed some Nigerian products such as Attajiri Rice proudly Nigerian, which is very clean and affordable. The price of 50kg is N12, 000 as against N19, 000 of same quantity elsewhere. The 25kg is N6, 000 at the 9th National Council of Industry, Trade and Investment at Gingiya Coral Hotel, Sokoto exhibition centre. There are also other products which include handmade bags and shoes; organic fertilizer and many others.
The 9th National Council of Industry, Trade and Investment holding in Sokoto gives an ample opportunity to these small scale manufactures to showcase their talents and to market their products to would-be investors and to get local patronage.
