  1. Mandate the Federal Government to immediately declare state of emergency on Federal Roads in Nigerian.
  2. Mandate the Senate Committee on FERMA, Petroleum Downstream and National Planning to investigate the non-remittance of 5% user charge pump price of petrol and international issuances charge accrued to FERMA and other established state road Maintenance agencies and report back to the Senate in two weeks.

That Senate do receive and consider the report of the committee on Petroleum (upstream) on the Deep offshore and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contract CAP D3 LFN 2004 act (Amendment) Bill, 2019 (SB. 21)

The report was laid and presented by Sen. Akpan, Albert Bassey.

The Senate resolved into the Committee of the whole to consider the report.

The Senate in the Committee of the Whole considered and approved 18 Clauses.

The Bill was read the third time and passed.

 

CONSIDERATION OF BILL

A Bill for an Act to authorize the issue from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation the total sum of N 10,330,416,607,347 (Ten Trillion, Three Hundred and Thirty Billion, Four Hundred and Sixteen Million, Six Hundred and Seven Thousand, Three Hundred and Forty-seven Naira) only, of which N 556,700,827,235 (Five Hundred and Fifty – Six Billion, Seven Hundred Million, Eight Hundred and Twenty-Seven Thousand, Two Hundred and Thirty -Five Naira) only is for statutory Transfers, N2, 748,598,930,000 (Two Trillion, Seven Hundred and Forty- Eight Billion, Five Hundred and Fort-Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred and -Eight Naira) only is for recurrent (Non-Debt) Expenditure while the sum of N2,144,807,300,334 (Two Trillion, One Hundred and Forty-four Billion, Eight Hundred and Seven Million, Three Hundred Thousand, Three hundred and Thirty Four Naira) only is for contribution to the development Fund for Capital Expenditure for the year ending the 31st day of December, 2020 (SB. 80) – Second Reading (3rd Allotted day)
