FIC Report (Abuja) – The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Dr. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, on 16 December 2025 held virtual online interactive session with the public servants across the Nation ,also in attendance are Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Departments to deliberate on ongoing public service innovations and the Federal Government’s transition to a paperless administration.

The session focused on strengthening digital governance, improving efficiency in service delivery, and accelerating the adoption of modern information and communication technologies across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs). Dr. Walson-Jack emphasized the importance of innovation, capacity building, and change management in ensuring a seamless migration to a paperless work environment.

She urged senior officials to provide strategic leadership and champion the implementation of digital reforms within their respective MDAs, noting that the paperless regime aligns with the Federal Government’s broader agenda for transparency, accountability, and cost-effective governance.

The interactive engagement also provided a platform for feedback, experience-sharing, and clarification on implementation challenges, as participants reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the reform process.
