As part of renewed efforts to spotlight young talent and promote youth empowerment, the Honorable Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RHO Sigma & Sons Limited to launch a groundbreaking teenage talent
reality show.

The MoU signing, which took place at the Minister’s office in Abuja, represents a significant step in the Federal Government’s ongoing commitment to youth development through creative platforms such as
entertainment, education, and skills enhancement.

Titled “Teenage Talent Hunt”, the forthcoming reality show will feature teenagers from across Nigeria competing in various categories including music, dance, innovation, visual arts, and more. The initiative seeks to discover, nurture, and elevate the next generation of exceptional young talents.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Olawande stated:

“This initiative is a testament to our belief in the extraordinary potential of our youth. Through this reality show, we aim to provide teenagers with not just visibility, but also mentorship, resources, and
opportunities to excel in their passions.”

The Minister further noted that the MoU outlines a strategic collaboration between the Ministry and RHO Sigma & Sons Limited in key areas such as content development, talent scouting, and nationwide
outreach, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and broad participation. The show is slated to premiere later this year with auditions opening soon in major cities and online platforms.

Also speaking at the event, Professor Bolarinwa Bolaji, Project Manager of Teenage Talent Hunt, highlighted the vision behind the initiative:

“We are proud to partner with the Ministry to bring this visionary project to life. We believe this show will not only entertain but inspire a new wave of creativity and confidence among our young people.”

He further added that the collaboration is aligned with a broader national strategy to engage the youth through innovative programs that promote inclusion, entrepreneurship, and cultural expression.
