FIC Report (Anambra State) – The President of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday 8th May, 2025 arrived Awka, the capital of Anambra State to inaugurate a newly completed project with state -of – the – art facilities in Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
He also inaugurated several projects built by Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration such as the New Anambra State Government House, the Solution Fun City, the New Governor’s Lodge etc.
The President who first arrived at Chinua Achebe International Airport in Anambra State around 12 .15pm was welcomed by Governor Soludo, His Deputy Dr Ibezim, House of Assembly Members and other dignitaries in the State.
While inaugurating the Government House, the President noted that infrastructure is the backbone of development in every nation pointing out that the legacy being built by the Governor now will last even after Soludo’s time.
He further described the action of the Governor as environmentally responsive governance. He confirmed Soludo as the true solution provider, also commending him for delivering quality governance to the people of Anambra State.
Professor Soludo hosted a grand reception in honour of the President.
